LOL! More hyped up headlines. 33 cruise missiles is not massive... especially when more than half of them were taken out. And these were not military strikes... they were terrorists attacks. None of the missiles were headed for high value military targets, only deliberately lobbed at civilian infrastructure, city-centers and power stations.
Typical personal revenge by Putin because he is a spoiled KGB brat that keeps getting his ego bruised. No honor in Putin... just finding ways to hurt Ukraine because he can. He only knows KGB style fear and panic. Burn down everything and indiscriminately kill anything that walks or crawls; women and children, the elderly and dogs. Force them into submission and to accept their fate.
Putin’s invasion was all about conquest, not liberation. But it has quickly degraded into a shameless display of childish petulance and throwing tantrums because the Ukraine peasants won’t let little ‘Vlad’ have his way... to rule over them.

Cruise Missiles CAN deploy larger (by weight) warheads, and they are not immune to several types of anti aircraft weapons.
