A woman who shot and killed an off-duty firefighter who was brawling on the ground with her boyfriend will not face charges, prosecutors in Missouri announced.
Anthony 'Tony' Santi, 41, died on October 6 outside a gas station and liquor store in Independence, Missouri - a suburb of Kansas City.
He was shot in the back by an unnamed woman while wrestling her boyfriend, Ja'Von L. Taylor, 23, at around 2:30pm.
On Tuesday, Jackson County Prosecutor's Office said the woman would not face charges - after concluding that her actions were indeed reasonable.
They found that they could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she acted outside Missouri self-defense laws when she shot and killed Santi.

This is infuriating. The victim should have stopped once the gun was pointed at him, then tried to wrestle it away from the she-ape, rather than have her keep pointing it at his head. I don’t know what he was thinking. And the fact that they got off shows we are at the point where we no longer can have real faith in our just-us system anymore. I suspect the victim’s next of kin will be too cowardly to press civll or other charges against the fine upright walking model shitizens.
She should be charged and executed. Same with her scum boyfriend. Both human scum.

I don’t know when some whites are going to stop white knighting and stop “saving” people. No good deed goes unpunished. The incident at the store had nothing to do with him, and wasn’t his problem. Now, he’s dead.

If you saw the video of the confrontation, the woman was shouting and TRYING to get Anthony to disengage, because he was applying a lot of pressure to his hold on Ja’Von.
(And although this is a separate topic, the whole concept of felons being deprived of the ability to legally carry a firearm is unprincipled. If they’re so much of a threat that they can’t trusted with a firearm, or the ability to vote, then they shouldn’t be out of prison.)

This is another case of a woman not getting prosecuted, where a man would be. The prosecutor figured — “She got over emotional about her hood rat boyfriend in the fireman’s headlock. That he would be another George Floyd who cannot breathe. So she killed the fireman” “So let her off the hook”

Stupid all around. You have someone dangerous in a head lock, his ho lays a gun upside your head, you can’t disengage because boyfriend will take back his gun and kill you. You also can’t pretend the gun isn’t there.

I remember in CRJU class about defense of third party, and that it can be justified. I don’t know the code of law in Missouri, but with the present political climate had the races been reversed, there would be calls for the DP, and burning and looting. The entire MSM would be in an uproar, and it would be non-stop coverage.
I didn’t like weed as a teenager, and I would always get sick physically and embarrassed. But it goes to show like any other pastime, it isn’t always a good thing, but no one promotes alcohol as harmless. I know it’s rampant in the black community, and it’s not doing much good.
Any federal charges coming for Darrel Brooks in this farce of a trial? Nope.
But as an aside, whites need to stop trying to be heroes. Especially, in a situation that has nothing to do with them. leave it to the police or those involved in the quarrel. Even the Bible mentions the negative consequences of that. No his daughter has no father.
