“On November 8th there’s going to be judgement on the illigitimate Biden regime. And quite frankly Nancy Pelosi and the entire committee...

The Biden Administration ends on the evening of the 8th of November..

Merrick Garland will end up being the first Attorney General that’s brought up on charges and impeachment and he will be removed from office.”

I sure hope so. But don’t be overconfident. Send a few bucks to your favorite candidate, even if you don’t live in his or her state.

How would there be a conviction in the Senate when the Democrats control it?

“Merrick Garland will end up being the first Attorney General that’s brought up on charges and impeachment and he will be removed from office.”

Impeachment does not remove anyone from office. It merely sets up a trial in the Senate on the impeachment charges. A 2/3 majority vote (67 Senators) is required to convict and remove from office. The best landslide estimate I’ve seen for Republicans in a wave 2022 election is 56, or 11 votes short of the number required for conviction. Romney, Murkowski (if reelected), and Snow minimally are unlikely to vote for conviction of any democrat so put the GOP vote for Garland’s conviction at 53. It is highly unlikely 14 Democrats will vote to convict a Democrat Attorney General. Garland’s job as AG seems safe from conviction in the Senate for at least the next 2 years if he wants to continue.
