Bannon was sentenced, but the judge is holding up his presenting himself for incarceration until all of his appeals are over.
Hopefully, the conviction will be overturned just simply based on the fact that this sham committee was illegitimate.
He’s appealing it and is out until all appeals are heard. If anything, it’d be home confinement.
