How much of these loans did Russkies pay back? Zero or minimal. I say zero because Nord Stream 2 never opened up. The Germans never signed off on the permits needed.

There was/is a movie on Netflix(?) about a Russian take-over of the oil industry of Norway under the guise of “freeing it” for all of the EU to use. It was okay. Unless the writers got some top secret Russian documents and it is really a great documentary!!??
