KYIV, Oct 21 (Reuters) - Russia has hit at least half of Ukraine's thermal generation capacity and caused billions of dollars of damage in attacks since Oct. 10, but not all stricken power units have stopped working completely, Ukraine's energy minister said on Friday.

Herman Halushchenko told Reuters in an interview that 30-40% of overall national power infrastructure had been hit in attacks that he depicted as intended to destroy Ukraine's energy system -- a goal that he said had not been achieved.

I guess this represents the high water mark since Russia is out of missiles.

Hopefully the Ukes can achieve total victory soon before Putin talks Iran or North Korea into giving them more.

The Russians have already lost. They are pulling south of the Dnieper and the Ukraine will soon conquer half of Kherson province.

War is a bitch!

Hey, Zelensky how many opportunities have you passed up to stop this debacle through negotiations?

Do you plan on listening to your western masters 'till it is ALL gone?

That's sure how it looks!

Russia may not be out of missiles. Hopefully, their cruise missile production ability is greatly reduced and they are not getting their money's worth out of them.

“They are pulling south of the Dnieper”

****

Not the MIL, they are staying north of the river. Moving citizens out of Kherson area for two reasons: 1) The ukes may blow the dam. 2) Provide room for operating if you let the Ukes down in there to slaughter them.

Honestly, that picture works, just not in the way intended.

Works in more ways than one, especially when your vaunted Ukrainian air defenses amount to 4-5 Ukrainian cops and a guy smoking a cigarette and lazily drinking coffee while shooting a hunting rifle at Russian drones.....

Russia ran out of missiles last April. So many CIA analysts on CNN told us so.

So they must be using trebuchets and flaming balls of pitch

Putin is dead and the Russians lose every battle. We know that already. The Azov’s are great people.

I have been wondering if Putin is not stalling for winter. Winter will create problems for the Ukraine if they cannot keep the light and heat on. The more infrastructure damage leading into winter the harder it will be for Ukrainians.

Of course Mitch will jump in and ask for another bolus of billions to make more Ukrainian millionaires. The GOPe and RATS bring the movie “Dumb and Dumber” to mind more every day.
