Steve Bannon has been sentenced to four months in federal prison and fined $6,500.

It is my understanding that the judge listed several reasons for appeal. Is this standard practice at a sentencing hearing?
Just think what would be happening if, instead of four years of Trump appointed judges, they had all been appointed by Hillary.

Off-duty Kansas City firefighter Anthony “Tony” Santi asked him to stop yelling at the woman, and an altercation between the two men began. Taylor went to his car to retrieve a gun, at which point Santi pinned him to the ground. Taylor hands the gun off to his girlfriend who shoots and kills Santi.The Jackson County prosecutor declined to prosecute the woman, saying she acted in defense of her boyfriend. Federal authorities have charged Taylor with illegally possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.

Jails are being cleared out of violent felons so the likes of J-6ers and Steve Bannon can be imprisoned to "keep America safe."

There are ways. If there’s a disturbance in the prison, a breakout or a riot, Bannon ought to keep his back close to the wall, and keep a shiv on him at all times and well hidden.
I would be very surprised if the appeal isn’t in process already.
He’ll rope a dope with appeals until the MSM loses interest in the case and the elections are already over, and then if an appeals court orders a new trial, he has a good chance of getting a good judge. An appeals court could throw the whole damned case out, though. He’d be crazy not to appeal.

He’s not going to prison. He kept their political hits to a minimum and has taken a few shots of his own. I bet his best are yet to come, wait for it.
Bannon is a political genius. I don’t know how you’d question him on this.

That’s all there is too it. He got jailed to give lezbo Cheney and crew “legitimacy” to go get Trump.
