If Trump is tried in D.C., he will probably be convicted, whatever the specific charges.

I’m concerned that if they do charge Trump, we’ll go right into Civil War II. Which is probably what the DOJ wants.
I’m more concerned this country would not start a civil war, rather just decide to let it all go and slide down the slippery slope into full on communist/marxist darkness.
I fear most Americans just don’t have it in them to fight for what we’ve enjoyed over the past 300 years.

This is EXACTLY what he should do, immediately, before they have any time to react. I was for him announcing BEFORE the elections, but he wouldn’t want to deflect from the Mid-Term Elections, making it all about him, even though the Dems have been trying to do this anyhow. But the very day after the election results are in, a red Tsunami, would do very nicely and would totally freak the Dems out. It would be glorious!

Oh yes they will. No one thought the Jan 6 corrupt Commission would subpoena Prez Trump and they did. They will indict him between November 9th and the day before the new Congress is sworn in, in January. That is their window of opportunity, and they will take it.

Yes I know. It’s what makes their faux case hilarious. They are bragging they have a case for obstruction but now need to find an accompanying charge to complain about to attach it to. It’s like if you demanded a refund at the restaurant but you haven’t actually ordered any food yet. Obstruction in ancillary and the fact that’s what they hang their hat in shows that this was a 100% bs witch-hunt.
