The Supreme Court has been asked to block President Joe Biden's massive student loan forgiveness plan before it is officially rolled out.

The Brown County Taxpayers Association (BCTA) and the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) sent their request to Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who handles such matters on behalf of the court for that region, asking them to put a hold on the relief plan before requests are processed this Sunday.

In filing for an emergency injunction they claim the move from the Biden administration is unconstitutional, oversteps its executive powers and targets American taxpayers.

Democrats always will give away any amount of money to buy the votes to win, and they’ll keep doing it until they have permanent one-party rule, and then they’ll take it all back, and more.

Agreed. It will take a bank or some group of lenders filing action to get the Supremes to hear it.

I paid for all my first degree and most of my second degree. I was out of money my last year and obtained a loan for school which I paid back early. My son did the same but with my help. Why in the hell should I pay back others loans. More important why should those that did not go to college help pay for the college educated with higher incomes than they.

This will most deservedly, politically bite the Democrats deeply in their ass. An obscene act in of itself which I will not indulge. LOL

Why should people who didn’t go to college because they didn’t have the money have to pay for college of other people who also didn’t have the money? This is just subsidizing radical left indoctrination centers that we call college

The White House is probably hoping that the Supreme Court rules against this so they can say, “Well, we tried to help you but you know that those conservatives will always keep you down!”

Borrowing from attorney Robert Barnes:

Not ripe in spring.
No standing by summer.
Laches by fall.
Moot by winter.

Same reason they we have to enrich the worlds richest man for building questionable "green" vehicles most people can't afford or want.
