That’s two separate impeachments & two separate trials (We tend to forget P & VP are two separate offices!) in the Senate. Neither action going to get the required 67 votes in the Senate for removal.
I though they were pushing the narrative of Trump demanding to go there in their Jan 6 charade.
I remember right after President Trump’s inauguration, he invited Pelousy and Schumer to the Oval Office to discuss how to work together. President Trump had invited the media to witness this. As Trump began to talk, Pelousy stated, almost exactly, ‘we can’t talk with all of them here’ pointing to the media. Trump wanted an open conversation. Pelousy wanted to hide her lies, and be able to lie afterwards.
