Your words:
Only voted D once in my entire life. Jane Byrne for mayor of Chicago.
Can’t cross that threshold yet. But lets see what 2023 and 2024 brings.
_________
Implying you can’t cross the threshold “yet” to vote for a Democrat, but you may in 2023 or 2024. I am just looking at the words you wrote.
For myself, I am keeping a list of all of these Neocon GOPe dinosaurs that are spending American treasure on a kleptocracy like Ukraine. They will not get my vote in any primary.
“that are spending American treasure on a kleptocracy like Ukraine”
You aren’t a strategic thinker are you?
Can’t see how weakening RuZZia furthers America’s national interests.
All I know is it helps the Democrats and the globalists to funnel our money through Ukraine. Our main concern should be China. The true tell of a left leaning globalist is “Russia, Russia, Russia”, while China laughs.
Good to know. It means all the talk over funding Ukraine is election politics. In 18 months, the end of the war will be in sight if it is not over by then.
But lets see what 2023 and 2024 brings.

Looking like Ukraine ceases to exist as a functioning state. Their decline from Feb with the largest military in the EU, now reduced to a welfare, begging nation bodes not well for them.
If so, problems solved.
Yeah but it's really stupid election politics.
McCarthy made a strong statement in March indicating he understood the importance of Ukraine. I posted it I think on this thread.
I get that talk like this will attract the libertarians, but at what cost?
In the best case, he is saying things he doesn't mean.
In the worst, he doesn't understand the importance of supporting Ukraine.
They need to tell the truth instead of playing politics. Because they are terrible at the latter. And they need to be leading on what is right instead of following polls.
This poll indicates that only 32% of Republicans think we are providing too much support for Ukraine. So why pander to the 1/3 instead of the 2/3rds of Republicans. And support among independents and democrats is stronger. This kind of stuff makes me think they have no values AND are stupid.
Poll Watch: Republican Support For Ukraine Is Rapidly Declining
You are correct. The cost here is Ukrainian blood. The armchair isolationists and Putinists are bathing in it when they deny Ukraine a right to self defense in the face of promised genocide by fascist Russia.
McCarthy is just throwing a bone to the ankle biters. I wouldn’t read too much into campaign season statements. This will become more clear after the election.
Why aren’t they saying they would end all aid to Zelensky?
I don’t care what Russia does. They don’t affect us here. Ukraine is with the wef, the corrupt elite etc. You want to support that? You go ahead, just don’t call yourself American.

The WEF buys Putin’s energy and builds his army. The WEF partners with Putin. You really want to deny Ukraine self defense and defacto support a lying Bolshevik like Putin? “Go ahead just don’t call yourself American.” We are Peace Through Strength conservatives here. Maybe you are not. That’s ok.
Ukraine, the most corrupt country on earth? The one every lefty politician is into? The Ukraine who has been murdering and raping for years? That one?
I’m only scratching the surface, but go be a war hawk. Let’s all get nuked. Sounds like a good time.
““Ukraine” may not make it another 18 days....” — posted by ganee on 18th October.
ooops, another one of your failed predictions. 5th November came and went and Ukraine not only survived but pushed Putin’s army back.
