Political reality. Biden will tell Ukraine to negotiate a deal after Russia upcoming goodwill gesture in Kherson. Expect a lame duck funding bill for Ukraine passed in December that MIGHT fund an additional year of support. But like McCarthy says, the blank checks will be over next year.

While "Ukraine is important," GOP concerns about the border and other domestic policies also carry weight, McCarthy added.WOW, who bought McCarthy a clue here?

Deep state operatives sunk this countries future by working to oust Trump because they cared more about a cushy job then actually doing work for us.
My take. Completely blind to real ground realities of our own nation.

Fortunately Congress has already appropriated $52 billion of which only $17 billion has been sent.
So the pipeline is already in place for the next 18 months.
No appeasement. The war ends when Russia withdraws from all Ukrainian territory or is pushed out.
And if I have to vote against Republicans to make sure Ukraine is supported, I’ll consider doing so.

Political reality of Biden's recession, inflation and housing crash. RATs are going to be tossed out on their a**es in the midterms.
GOP "leadership" top priority for next year is making sure President Trump isn't the nominee in 2024. Rupert Murdoch has already sent out his marching orders to Paul Ryan and Tucker Carlson.
To: DannyTN
Meh, maybe they can undo it.
Idiots couldn’t spare a few billion for a border wall no way this money should be sent if not for many others reasons.

“And if I have to vote against Republicans to make sure Ukraine is supported, I’ll consider doing so.”
I’m in that exact situation right now. My congressman is Roger Williams (TX-25). He voted against the last Ukraine funding bill. I’m upset with him, but going to vote straight R during early voting next week.
Only voted D once in my entire life. Jane Byrne for mayor of Chicago.
Can’t cross that threshold yet. But lets see what 2023 and 2024 brings.

Could have saved many thousands of lives, avoided the movement of millions of refugees, and saved many billions of dollars by just staying out of that war, which would have ended quickly with much less damage and death and global disruption without our “help”.

Biden’s Vietnam fiasco has lost American support and congress is finally figuring it out.
Ukraine is a noose around Biden’s neck.
To: SpeedyInTexas
I will never vote RAT. Ukraine needs to make hay while the sun is shining.

So you would potentially sacrifice America for some corrupt criminals half way around the world. Amazing.

Milquetoast statement. What is he going to say?

They could have built 15 border walls with the money we sent to "The Ukraine" (actually to the MIC to launder back to American billionaires).
