Music, apparel & sports titan is acquiring leading free-speech Platform
Parlement Technologies announced today that it has entered into an agreement in principle to sell Parler, the world's pioneering uncancelable free speech platform, to Ye (formerly known as Kanye West). Ye has become the richest Black man in history through music and apparel and is taking a bold stance against his recent censorship from Big Tech, using his far-reaching talents to further lead the fight to create a truly non-cancelable environment.
"In a world where conservative opinions are considered to be controversial we have to make sure we have the right to freely express ourselves," says Ye.
The proposed acquisition will assure Parler a future role in creating an uncancelable ecosystem where all voices are welcome. Ye can be found on Parler here.
Parlement Technologies CEO George Farmer welcomes Ye as a compatriot in the fight for free speech. "This deal will change the world, and change the way the world thinks about free speech. Ye is making a groundbreaking move into the free speech media space and will never have to fear being removed from social media again. Once again, Ye proves that he is one step ahead of the legacy media narrative. Parlement will be honored to help him achieve his goals."
Under the terms of their agreement in principle, the parties intend to enter into a definitive purchase agreement and expect to close during the fourth quarter of 2022. The terms of the proposed transaction would include ongoing technical support from Parlement and the use of private cloud services via Parlement's private cloud and data center infrastructure.
How does he have money to pull this off?
The collusive censorship media will not like this.
They will increase their attacks on his mental health ten fold after this.
"Rap music has been berry, berry good to him."
A black Christian with conservative leanings is a real threat to the Rats. God Speed.
In the Grand Scheme of things I can’t see Parler being worth that much, and “Ye” is a billionaire.
Is Ye worth more than JayZ
Parlement Technologies, the company behind Parler, agrees to ..
There is more to the deal than the undisclosed cash.
Kany West took the bet and now has his own social media.
Not sure how much the Biden economy knocked that down. But it's safe to say he's not worried about making ends meet.
Excuse my lack of knowledge of social mediae, but is this not pronounced “ par-lay’ “, as in the the French verb which means “to speak”?
I think the first thing he should do is revamp their web site. Do this by either forming a partnership with, or buying out, a high volume conservative stream, like Citizen Free Press.
This is because Parler is not user-friendly for new users, who really need to have their hand held to access many of Parler’s features.
Originally that was the intent but it was changed to the pronunciation of “parlor”
Perler was co-founded by Rebecca Mercer, whose PAC gave $20M to get Trump elected.
i believe he actually makes for money in fashion. the real shoes are counterfeited heavily like coach/LV bags. i know people who makes a lot of money selling fakes on amazon.
His anti-Jewish rant is contrary to God. West has been influenced to his detriment by the wrong people.
Genesis 12:3
I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
Didn’t he also put together a company to represent rappers? I think I looked his history up when he was on Tucker... and have now forgotten it.
Good on him. As to Parler, I’ve no use for it. Tried and tried to get onto it but they would not permit unless I jumped thru hoops by getting in via my PC/browser and then had to go to a smart phone to “authenticate”.
BS. Bugger off.
That is like having to “show your papers” in order to speak out at a school board meeting or in the city square.
Allowing authentication through email opens the door for bots because one can open unlimited amount of email accounts for basically free. So you could have a single person opening up thousands of unique accounts using email as an authentication.
