Prescription drugs are high, pharmaceutical industry is making huge profits.

Everyone should always remember that getting elected mayor of Burlington Vermont after numerous previous attempts was his first job period! Being a senator from Vermont is his 3rd job. (Being a Vermont congressman was his 2nd job!) A walking, living advertisement as to why the 17th Amendment was and is a bad idea.

It is pretty much an empirical fact that inflation is always a monetary issue. It could hardly be otherwise because the full term for “inflation”, by definition, means “inflation of the money supply.”

It’s not the spending of money collected as taxes that causes inflation. It is, as you point out, the creation of money out of thin air to use for deficit spending that is the root cause.
And while the Dems are the worst Pubbies do it as well. Even Trump overspent his budgets.
