Well, Liz Cheney and all of them are still members of Congress until Jan. 3, 2023. So they could continue this committee until that date, regardless of election results.

Though after the election would not have any impact on changing voters minds, they still might keep it up. Liz still is auditioning for a job with MSNBC, so she might want to keep at it.

Question: If Trump decides not to appear .... Can they enforce Contemp Charges against him and then use that as a foundation for enforcement of the 14th Ammenment to prevent the former President from ever running for office???
