Dems did this when they lost the House in 1994 for the first time in 40 years, passing everything that they possibly could. When the Republicans lost the House a few years later, most R Representatives just went home early. I called about 15 offices back then and was shocked to learn that.
Anything the dems can get through the House and Senate during the lame duck session Brandon will sign. Then it can’t be reversed until 2025 at the earliest, assuming Republicans hold both houses of Congress and a Republican President is elected.
