My thoughts too. The culture in her district (Hawaii 2nd district I believe) must be shifting away from Dims, so she needs a rebranding.
Oh, but she is so moderate.
But people are going to suck up her triangulating politicking. They are already doing it here.
And she will lay it on to become relevant and run for office. We are going to see video of her with her ear and eye protection, shooting at gun ranges and such, and people are going to suck it up.
I don’t buy it for a second. I don’t give two craps about her words, those are delivered in meaningless tsunamis to sweep shallow and undiscriminating voters into her corner.

So was Trump many years ago. People can and do change. This might be her aha moment! Will wait and see.
There are two kinds of Democrats.
1) Those who are wrong about everything, but who fight fairly and honestly.
2) Those who are wrong about everything, but who lie, steal and murder to stay in power.
Tulsi Gabbard strikes me as the first type, which our Constitutional Republic was designed to tolerate and assimilate.
She’s leaving the Democrat party for the right reasons, and it’s a huge step in the right direction.
Stupid libertarians flood FR because they're pro guns. They think a single issue should make us accept them. But they still espouse everything that comes under the umbrella of "liberty."
Open borders. Abortion. Vending machine narcotics. Legalized prostitution. (By implication..)..pedophilia.
They're all birds of a feather and not fit for conservative association. Not even on an internet forum.
It’s good to see she left the Democratic Party. But we should all know, she’s no conservative. Everyone should keep that in mind.
