At 3:34 he explains something odd about the Kerch bridge attack. Security is tight at both ends and there is no way a truck is getting through carrying explosives without being expected and checks. The train had stopped for several hours. In the video showing the back of the truck before the explosion, on the upper left you can see the train not moving.

Ukraine has not admitted they attacked the bridge. If they did launch the attack, then the rail line would have been the more important target. For Ukraine to make the attack, in a way that looks spectacular while really not impairing Russian logistics, at the cost of massive retaliation, does not make sense. They would know all of this in advance before trying.

There are still lots of questions that need to be asked and no answers for the existing questions either.

After the invasion started, on Feb. 28 Biden put sanctions on Nord Stream 2 AG , the conglomerate that owns Nord Stream 2. The next day they filed for bankruptcy in Swiss courts and fired 160 employees. Nord 2 was never online, and never pumped a single cubic meter of natural gas. What the US does not want is Europe to have its energy needs compromised so much they back out of supporting Ukraine.

#1: The US, both Biden and Trump, got what they wanted when NS 2 AG filed bankruptcy.

Germany is refusing to buy natural gas from Russia to fund Russia's war. They stopped buying and are signing long term contracts with other suppliers. They signaled they are not going to buy gas from Nord 2, period. So Nord 2 is a dead end.

#2: Germany is working to get what it needs, natural gas, from other than Russia now.

Short term, its going to hurt, long term, it hurts Russia through lack of sales to Europe. Sales to India and China are more costly and both countries are pursuing their own energy independence.

Russia never sold natural gas via Nord 2, shut down Nord 1, and is not making any money. Legally, they are liable for tens of billions of Euros for non delivery. From their point of view, the long term benefit of Nord 1 and 2 are gone. Politically, they have no leverage any more. Damage to the line ties things up longer and puts them off the hook for nondelivery in court (maybe). Russia sells resources to buy what it needs to run their economy. Short term bank manipulations do not last forever and the Russian central bank is spending reserves it is not replacing.

#3. Russia is losing more than anyone else and so far has not secured any permanent benefit from the invading Ukraine.

The US and Germany have or are getting what they want, while Russia is losing billions of Euros, has billions in liabilities, and has no political leverage.

As far as experts like Douglas Macgregror says only the US or the UK could this, he either does not know what he is saying or lying. The Baltic sea has been a heavy submarine/anti-submarine operations area for diesel electric submarines since World War I. Russia has invested in lots of specialized espionage and sabotage submarines over the years, the Belgorod, Losharik, Project 940 Lenok (India class), the Project 678, Paltus, the Losos. Looking at all that, Russia has more reasons, and more means, to damage Nord 2 than anyone else.

Then there is this. Presuppose the same state actor that took out Nord 2 attacked the Crimean bridge:
