Russian citizens who criticize the Kremlin could find themselves on the receiving end of a nasty visit from Chechen forces, according to an ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Putin’s attempted "partial mobilization" of fighting-aged Russians into the war in Ukraine has prompted a wave of social displeasure, including a mass exodus of apparent draft dodgers and protests in the outlying regions where people are bearing the brunt of the war. Russian lawmaker Adam Delimkhanov, an ethnic Chechen politician known for threatening to decapitate the relatives of a human rights activist, warned university students against any display of disrespect.
“I want to tell you that, in the universities — including MGU, MGIMO — all universities in Russia, we already have an assignment from Ramzan Akhmatovych [Kadyrov], for us and our representatives to monitor every region,” said Delimkhanov, in a reference to Moscow State University and Moscow State Institute of International Relations. “If they in the regions are not coping with it, if the services are not coping, then we will manage it, and we’ll ask from everyone who defiles and insults our country, our anthem, our constitution, our president, V.V. Putin — you will all answer for this.”
Delimkhanov received the title of Hero of the Russian Federation from Putin in April, following Russia's brutal destruction of Mariupol, the Ukrainian port city that fought block-by-block against the invasion.

Claiming to be Christian and yet releasing Muslims onto your people is soooooooo ... (inhale) ... ooooooooooooo Christian.
Not.
I can’t decide who was the greatest President, George Washington or Putin. Very close.
Now now, he’s also using North Korean atheists to kill Christian Europeans. What a man!
Putin is putting in place the true Deep State drea,:
* Atheist in control at the top of society
* Muslim shock troops defending them
* A subjugated Christian mass at the bottom
* Muslim shock troops defending them
* A subjugated Christian mass at the bottom
Sounds like hell. No, that's just Russia.

Hmmmm, very interesting that Putin thinks he can turn Chechens loose on Ukraine
“Ali Bakaev, a Chechen activist who lives in Ukraine, told the kavkazr.com news agency that two battalions of local Chechens, the Sheikh Mansour Battalion and the Dzhokhar Dudayev Battalion, already fight in Ukraine.
In what seems to be the defining moment for Russia and Western relations in the 21st century, many in the Middle East and beyond are taking sides according to their own relationships with Russia and Ukraine, and have affiliated themselves with these countries and their people based on their own hopes, disappointments and grievances.”

Addendum to comment #14:
Putin dreams instead of focusing on reality.
Putin listens to Ramzan Kadyrov, the Chechen leader and an ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, because he hopes of being rescued.
From what the article shows, it’s more than a threat. The campaign to monitor and kill dissidents is already in process.
See? It’s like we all said ...
the evil Soviet Union never really went away, it was just re-incarnated as “Russia”
Interesting
Leader of Putin’s ‘private army’ and Chechen boss ‘have declared war’ on Russia’s defence minister
Elizabeth Haigh For Mailonline - Yesterday 7:01 AM
When people talk about the millions going into Zelenskyy’s regime and how ee can’t afford it, I’m tempted to post up the sheer amount of money Russia got given during AND AFTER World War Two by the USA and its allies, that it’s not paid back.
The Molotov Plan was politically Soviet but it was kick-started with American money.
The Soviet Union paid back $170 million, but only after it received in excess of $180 billion. On top of that, it made a fortune through OPEC.
The idea Russia isn’t deep state is hilarious. Without the deep state Putin would have a teepee, not multiple palaces and superyachts.
And then consider the military industrial complex of the Cold War - and the sheer cost of it. Military expenditure by the USA alone during the Cold War are conservatively estimated to be $9 trillion.
Prolonged cold wars are good business for the deep state, but eyewateringly expensive. A hot war is far more deadly, but considerably cheaper.
Siding with Putin and demanding Ukraine accept its fate as the new Checkpoint Charlie between the Russian Empire and Europe (while some Russian expansionists talk about expanding further, into the Baltics, Poland, Hungary and Serbia) is falling for a deep state rope-a-dope.
If you’re truly anti deep state, Russian expansionism needs to be castrated. If the Vatniks want totalitarianism they can have it - but only in their borders. If Belarus and Russia do both want it, great.
But it shouldn’t be imposed on any other country. And Russia should have to fund the adventure all by itself.
Once that’s done, then America can pull out of NATO, Europe can restructure its defences, and we can look ling term at taking down the globalist structures in our remit.
We can’t do anything about other structures that serve or fund globalism... WEF, OPEC, Belt and Road, Russkyi Mir. Globalism doesn’t just serve the unipolarity of the West, it increasingly adapts to suit multinational corporation networks and nonwestern polarities.
