Mr. Peeks sister turned them down as she had already told her brother he was retired instead of FIRED, she said telling him they FIRED him would break his heart (my words, not hers).
Corporate said he would get his full retirement benefits,. his sister also demanded that they foot the bill for his RETIREMENT PARTY.
No word yet but I think they will agree.
She should have told her brother that the Wendy’s Manager just FIRED him, then SUED CORPOATE for about 10 MILLION DOLLARS.
And guess what, she would have won that law suit based on the FEDERAL ADA REGULATIONS!
