If trained properly these people do excellent work.

My former wife managed a facility of people like this, and
her staff placed them in a number of businesses.

They most often worked out, and their employers were happy to
have them.

A guy doesn’t work for 20 years unless he is doing something
right. They can go down hill, but that does not seem to be
the main complaint here.

I think the manager has a lack of humanity in him.

I don’t want the business to be hurt by his performance,
but if he did good for twenty years, I question if he’s
not worthy now.
