According to Ukrainian Intelligence, numerous arrests of servicemen have started in Moscow, with traffic in the city centre blocked, although Russian media are failing to report this.

An advisor to the Uke Ministry of Foreign Affairs (and the founder of the Institute of the Future, no less) has also repeated it.

I’d check with Hunter to get verification.
Wouldn’t be the first time the Russian Army mutinied due to intolerable conditions and a losing war.
What does it means? Some kind of coup d’état in Russia?
Or counter coup d’état?
Tokyo Rose said things are going poorly in the Pacific.
Enough said?
Tokyo Rose got a bump rap and the FBI railroaded her into a Treason conviction for political expedience. Sound familiar?
You betcha I'll read the rest.
I also disagreed with the Brits executing Lord Haw Haw after the war. Sure a long prison sentence, but I thought executing someone for just words, as long as he didn’t pass on any critical intelligence to the Nazis, was a bit harsh.
Hitler said that smoking was bad for you. Is the information incorrect because Hitler said it? I’m not considering this the truth. I’m considering it a data point, awaiting confirmation from other data points.

That’s the idea. Meanwhile, Putin is set to address the Russia people over the Crimean bridge attack. It’s being said that the Russian people are very angry about it.
There’s also stories about how Medvedev had said back in the summer that if Crimea is hit, all hell will break lose.
Also, it’s being said that the driver of the truck that exploded on the bridge (which is back open to both rail and vehicle traffic now) did not know his truck was going to explode.
Looking at live webcams in Russia, everything appears normal
Tokyo Rose was an 18 year old American citizen visiting family when war broke out. She was forced at gunpoint to do her thing, and she took care to use her knowledge of English to thwart her censors and make the whole show a bit of a parody. She also insisted on having Allied POW’s assist her in her studio, protected them, and smuggled food to them. For a young girl in a hostile country threatened with guns, she did okay. That’s one pardon Klinton issued that I agreed with.
Before you consider this a data point, consider the flood of pro Ukraine propaganda coming to us daily.

Yeah, firstsquawk posted it, without any kind of explanation, very ambiguous , and they are a legit financial news service. That’s how I first saw it. They didn’t provide a link, just tweeted the text, very confusing. But, it is Saturday, so . . . .
Checked other news...ONLY Ukraine news is saying this.....nothing in Russian news.
If, and it’s a big if, something was going on, the first reports are almost always going to be wrong.
It is unlikely, but possible someone is moving on Putin. Another possibility, but still unlikely is that Putin is moving against someone. Most likely is that these are unrelated to anything noteworthy.
But I can still wish that Mr. Putin is swinging by a lamppost by this evening.

I think the story is crap as I said, but for what it is worth, anytime something happened in one of my city centers the first thing I’d do is either cut off all those cameras or feed them a recorded loop. In the US, they usually just cut them off.
Hitler gave us a flood of BS too. But he was right about smoking and alcohol consumption. (I’m smoking right this minute, I really should quit...)
