One can be completely serious and still be unable to do the needful. Ukraine probably lacked the means to attack this bridge previously.

XiBiden was talking about russia invading ukraine for at least 4 months, you mean to tell me during that whole time no one was making a list of strategic russian military targets. If that was the case then the ukrainian security ministers need to be tried for treason for not doing their jobs. And YES they had the means to do this because WE the USA are arming them!
