I’ll admit that this is pure speculation, but my best bet is a Ukrainian drone hitting a Russian ammunition truck.
No truck blew up - remote controlled sea drone with thousands of pounds of explosives - as seen on or two seconds under dead center of the span before the explosion. Similar to the one found adrift on the Black Sea coast a few weeks back.
