I would caution that the Al Jezeera agenda is primarily related to Arab and Islamic issues especially as related to Israel and the Palestinians.
If you look at say the different areas of the world news they cover, they do a pretty good job. The bias is not extreme or even prevalent. They actually have at least one Brit reporting from the battlefield.
These days I look at anything coming from any media outlet with an extremely jaundiced eye. They’ve all got their own agendas and they’re all willing to lie to advance it.
I don’t trust any of them any farther than I could throw them.
And there’s a few I’d really, really like to throw.
