FBI agents with "guns drawn" reportedly raided the home of 73-year-old Chester Eugene Gallagher after the pro-life leader promoted a series of anti-abortion events last year on social media in the Nashville area and advertised an activist blockade of an abortion clinic.
Pro-life activist Heather Idoni, the 58-year-old owner of Beloved Books bookstore turned-Ukraine relief center, was charged by the DOJ with a civil rights conspiracy and a Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act) offense for "blockading" an abortion facility.

If abortion is allowed now it’s a state matter, and not a federal issue. The states wanna protect access to the murder halls? Let them. The FACE act is based on a precept that no longer exists.

It appears the Department of Justice (DOJ) is combing through old pro-life protests and looking for opportunities to apply the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. Last week, they raided the home of pro-life activist and author Mark Houck with guns drawn, terrifying his wife and seven children. Now Live Action is reporting that the FBI raided the home of 73-year-old pro-life activist Chester Gallagher:
Pro-life activist AJ Hurley spoke to Live Action News regarding today’s FBI activities, noting that according to the neighbors of pro-life rescue activist Chester (Chet) Gallagher, Gallagher was out of state when the FBI arrived with guns drawn and entered the Gallagher home.
When agents learned Gallagher was not at home, they reportedly attempted to gain information on his whereabouts from neighbors. The Mt. Juliet rescue was reportedly one of three led by Gallagher at different abortion facilities across the country last year.
The charges stem from a rescue event in March 2021. During rescue events, pro-life activists reach out to women seeking an abortion and attempt to persuade them to change their minds. The DOJ is charging Gallagher and six other pro-life activists who joined in the rescue event at a Carafem abortion facility in Mt. Juliet, Tenn., with “conspiracy against rights secured by the FACE Act, and committing FACE Act violations.” The DOJ is charging four other participants with other violations under the Act.
What else would you expect from Biden’s Dept. of Injustice ... I mean Justice ... well maybe I was right the first time.
If Tennessee’s abortion ban is in effect, then how is it illegal to block access to a building committing unlawful acts?
More than "impeached" (and convicted in the Senate)!!! Garland and his FIB underlings need to be indicted, tried, convicted, and sentenced by the courts for giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
The transcripts of the trials should be required U.S. civics reading in school, and busloads of students should be brought in to stand in lines waiting to spit (or whatever) on the carcasses of Garland and the others as they rot off the noose.
The extremes Biden goes to, to enable the MURDER of unborn children is amazing.
Imagine if that effort went into PROTECTING LIFE, how much better our country would be.
