I believe that wasn't who_would_fardels_bear's point... I think it's the use of RICO that was (likely) being challenged in that comment.

Meanwhile, the bigger question to me is whether Tennessee will do their own enforcement: abortions in almost all cases are now illegal in this state, so these pro-lifers are actually supporting state law.
