The Biden administration has continued weaponizing the Department of Justice to target Conservatives and Trump supporters. 11 pro-life activists were charged with violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, a pro-abortion federal law.
The group of pro-lifers allegedly prevented one clinic employee and one patient from entering a Tennessee abortion mill.
Seven pro-lifers were charged with “conspiracy against rights secured by the FACE Act.” Four others were also indicted for FACE Act violations.
The activists with the “conspiracy against rights secured by the FACE Act” charges could receive fines up to $250,000 and face up to 11 years in prison.
The other four charged could face a year in prison and a $10,000 fine.
The FACE ACT interfered with employees attempting to enter abortion clinics a federal crime since “that person is a provider of reproductive health care.”
Prosecutors contest one of the activists, Chester Gallagher, said on a Facebook livestream that he and the activists with him are “willing to be incarcerated” if they can “rescue families from this place of destruction.”
As National File previously reported, these charges come weeks after the FBI carried out a SWAT-style raid on a pro-life activist in Pennsylvania over a FACE Act violation:
A high-profile pro-life author and activist were arrested after dozens of FBI agents surrounded his house in the Department of Justice’s latest SWAT raid on right-wing Americans.
Mark Houck is a father of seven children, a pro-life author, and a sidewalk counselor.
Around 7:00 AM on Friday, according to Houck’s wife Ryan-Marie, who homeschools the children, as many as 30 FBI agents surrounded their home with rifles ready to shoot and “started pounding on the door and yelling for us to open it.”
Ryan-Marie said her husband attempted unsuccessfully to de-escalate the threatening agents, saying, “‘please, I’m going to open the door, but, please, my children are in the home. I have seven babies in the house.’ But they just kept pounding and screaming.”

They know the fastest way to destroy this country is for “us” to start a civil war-—and they are trying. However, soon it will simply be self defense in our eyes because they’re growing impatient.
Remember when those two New Black Panthers were under indictment by the Bush DOJ for voter intimidation? They were standing armed in paramilitary gear outside the polling place. Yeah, the Obama DOJ dropped that case like a hot potato as soon as he was sworn in.
The corruption of the FBI and DOJ, into a completely political entity was trending for many years, with the growth of leftist/progressive government, and the collection of political power in DC and Fed.gov. RINOs like Bush helped, by standing aside, watching, and often, helping its growth.
Obama and Holder smashed down any remaining walls, and turned the DOJ into Fed.gov's woke police force.
Maybe I am wrong, but I can not see how it can simply be reversed.
Just wait until the 88,000 new IRS agents get their feet on the ground. Stuff that would make a Gestapo Uber Fuhrer blush.
What made these people think that that law had been overturned?
That’s not the point.
Prolife people consider FACE to be un unjust law.
They consider their mission, in a life or death situation, to be the rescue of unborn babies.
It is akin to standing outside a burning house and knowing children inside will die if you do not intervene.
But why waste my time trying to explain this to a pro-abortionist?
Meanwhile, the bigger question to me is whether Tennessee will do their own enforcement: abortions in almost all cases are now illegal in this state, so these pro-lifers are actually supporting state law.
It's not just a good idea.
It's absolutely necessary for meaningful dialog.

I am amazed that there is so little resistance to the erosion of our liberties.
There are major, major political wins to be had here tying Biden to imprisoning men and women of Christian conscience. These people freed after case dismissed, appearing with Trump on the campaign trail, versus Harris-Buttgag?
Just as Kim Davis, while still in jail, appeared with Bevin, and then once freed, appeared with Huckabee, these are powerful, powerful optix that move Christians off the fence and into the voting booth.
