they figured out looong ago that most people don’t want to volunteer to be on boards.
And yet.. these boards have VAST power.
so... they simply agree to serve on the boards. Once they have the majority, they reveal their real intent. But then it’s too late to take back power.
They started with the American Psychological Association - Once they had the majority, they simply declared themselves (gays) sane, and PRESTO! Homosexuality was no longer a mental disorder!

What typically happens is a conservative bolt, giving ALL the power to the leftists that took over, making the take over permanent.
Behind all the wonderful stories and nostalgia about 4-H is the cold truth that it is a government program run by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. It’s headquartered in Washington D.C. — a place that probably hasn’t had any viable agricultural activity outside of cannabis cultivation in almost 200 years.
The DIE nonsense you see in 4-H is no different than the crap that has infected every government bureaucracy in my lifetime.
