Not buying this theory. Not to say that Russia did or did not blow the pipes. It’s abundantly clear Europe is vulnerable right now today, message or no message. I can’t see mere message sending as worth the billions Russia has invested in the pipelines.

That area is one of the most heavily patrolled, surveilled, and monitored, by several NATO Navies, by our patrol planes, by satellite... and we have no incriminating photos of the Russian ship or sub that did it. Those Russians sure are good...
