The federal government has been working with a group of four private companies to flag supposed election “misinformation” for censorship by social media platforms.
Two recent reports, published on Friday and Saturday by Just the News, reveal the group was responsible for the censorship of 20 news outlets during the 2020 election.
After Biden was in the White House, Just the News reported, the group was “rewarded” with millions of taxpayer dollars and its work continues today.
Most of the targeted groups were right-leaning in their coverage. Those outlets include Just the News, the New York Post, The Epoch Times, The Washington Times and the Washington Examiner.
In addition, the group, which calls itself the Election Integrity Partnership, put together a list of “repeat spreaders” of election misinformation in 2020. The list included now-former President Donald Trump, his sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump and a number of other prominent right-leaning figures on social media.
The four members of the EIP are the Stanford Internet Observatory, the University of Washington’s Center for an Informed Public, the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab and Graphika, which deals in social media analytics.
In a lengthy report dated June 15, 2021, the EIP describes itself as an “information exchange” between various entities, including “election officials, government agencies, civil society organizations, social media platforms, the media, and the research community.” The report said the EIP helps these groups pass information back and forth regarding supposed “mis- and disinformation” occurring on social media.

Big tech pushes leftist stories to the top of search engines and home pages. They use “fact-checkers” that are Soros funded groups as factual groups never disclosing to the reader or viewer the political ties and affiliations of those telling you what “truth” really is. Little surprise that government drones “participate” in this. Go back to the Holder DOJ and look where they funneled all the massive “seizures” they obtained from large companies.
Hint - some of it went to the same groups engaged in this partisan activity.
There is this pesky little thing called the “Hatch Act” that prohibits government employees from actively participating in partisan political activity.
Another example of our extra-constitutional double standard in governance and I doubt anything will happen or change because the GOP........ (insert your colorful language here)

Hatch Act - Ignored during Rat administrations, acknowledged but not enforced during Republican administrations.
Oh, they'd have done it for free no doubt in my mind.
That they actually got paid was just gravy to the lying liberal lamestream media.
And…….nothing will be done to prevent this from happening in the future.
Unless it’s a Republican administration that does it, then there will be hearings and trials and republicans going to jail.
Oh good, another one complaining about the usage of the word "bombshell".
Look. If you are waiting for an important story about Democrat corruption to be recognized by Big Media before you use the word "bombshell" then that isn't happening.
Meanwhile the alternative media will cover these stories and the "effect" on the people who use these sources will continue to grow.
