A federal judge has ruled against an organization founded by Stacey Abrams, the Democratic gubernatorial nominee for Georgia, stating that the state’s election practices do not violate constitutional rights.
The decision from U.S. District Court Judge Steve Jones marks the end of a four-year legal battle.
“Although Georgia’s election system is not perfect, the challenged practices violate neither the constitution nor the [Voting Rights Act] VRA,” Jones wrote.
“Having held a non-jury trial and considered the evidence and arguments of the parties, for the foregoing reasons, the Court finds IN FAVOR of Defendants and against Plaintiffs.”
Fair Fight Georgia, which Abrams formed shortly after her narrow defeat to Gov. Brian Kemp (R) in the state’s 2018 gubernatorial race, filed the lawsuit to ask the judge to make changes to the state’s election system, arguing that it suppresses voter turnout.

I think she plans on appealing , so election denier will continue denying, of course since she is a Democrat it is OK
But the judge is racist!
This makes her a Two Time Loser!
I wonder if upon hearing the verdict, Abrams burst open allowing all of the people she ate to escape.
How does a lawsuit work in which you just file it on a general complaint about a law?

The judge was an Obama appointee too. Given how politicized/corrupt a lot of the courts have been I was surprised to see this common sense ruling.
Georgia’s election laws are still looser than multiple Blue States - including Biden’s home state of Delaware. If anything, Georgia needs to tighten its election integrity laws a good bit more.
Why isn’t this election denier in the DC gulag? She should have been their a long time ago. She’s so eff’n fat and ugly, it’s a crime against humanity.

The real question is will CNN, and the rest of the old media start referring to “Stacy Abrams Big Lie,” every time the subject comes up in reporting?
Guess the Libs will turn that Judge’s name to mud.....
