The DC Democrats know these cases will be lost on appeal, but the poor defendants will sit in jail for years before the matter gets resolved or they plead guilty in a plea deal.

The RINOs are silent because this benefits them...for the moment. They are starting to realize their days in DC may be numbered so they are lining up beside the Dems against Trump and his supporters. They are trying to save their jobs in the Swamp.
