Trump needs to admit that Operation Warp Speed and dispensing with clinical trials for the COVID vaccines was a bad idea and that the “vaccines” have harmed people.

Trump needs to do no such thing.

He didn't mandate a vaccine. He didn't manufacture a vaccine. He didn't approve a vaccine. He allowed the drug companies to make a vaccine available "at warp speed". Guess what? If you got vaccinated YOU are responsible. You're responsible for your own actions...Not Trump.
