German Govt Warns Gas May Run Out over the Winter Months

German Federal Economy Minister Robert Habeck expressed concern over the looming energy crisis this winter, telling German media that the situation was extremely tense and there is a possibility that Germany may run out of gas.

Habeck spoke on Friday, appealing to Germans to reduce their consumption of natural gas ahead of this winter a day after the German government launched a new price break programme to help Germans with the rising costs of energy.

The British used to use the gas from coking coal to run the street lights...hence the term “town gas”.

Fortunately the Germans have windmills and solar panels with will provide all their energy this winter. They should be crowing about how they are the first country to “transition” (quite a popular term these days).

I think the climate change gods will be getting human sacrifices this winter with thousands of mainly elderly dying from the effects of the cold. One could only hope that Greta Thunberg freezes to death this winter.

We see on all the European natural gas storage threads that they have 2000% of the gas that they need for this winter.

Actually, enough for the next 40 years.

Wow—-“in this case REALLY empty” at the end of winter. “really empty”!

I checked to see what the historical “end of winter” German natural gas storage levels have been. It looks like the beginning of April has been when the typical low level of remaining storage has been reached.

From 2016 to 2021 the “range of storage levels” for April 1st dates has varied from about 18% to 75%.

I wonder how the SHIVERING German people (including those whose jobs are gone because of business shutdowns) will feel toward us if the Swedish/Danish investigation of the Nord Stream crimes begins revealing evidence that the Biden Regime was involved.
