Except for the fact it's caused EVERYONE'S healthcare premiums to go up, up, up and up some more, no, it's not really significant and hey, no need for those G-D DAMN RINO's to waste time on it. Nope. Not at all.

It’s incredibly significant since it eliminated pre-existing condition exemptions.

Which is exactly why it was impossible to repeal.
