On the pipeline being blown up, IMHO, its likely an intel job. Who knows who ordered it.
Was it us,Germany or who knows?
Likely a sub with divers who have had extensive training in deep water explosives. That pretty much spells the US and well trained types who sold out to CIA contractors.
It should not be that hard to figure out who, on a world wide scale, is capable enough to get the job done. What subs were in the area.What subs surfaced anywhere near the area? And so on to figure out what took place and who did it.
