About the only thing the next Congress could do is cut funding. Even in the rosiest projections, Dems will still have enough votes to filibuster. And then there’s the diseased Tyrant Rat sitting on the top of the sh!theap to veto anything.
A lot of Freepers should be prepared for getting Charlie Browned next year.
