Nikki is more NEOCON than a RINO. She has been a conservative governor of SC. But she is always pushing conflicts with other countries, it does not matter to her we are in debt to our eyeballs.
NEOCONS are at top of my list to dislike.
I fully agree with your NEOCON estimate of Nikki Haley but inside the GOP other monikers would be RINO or Fakeservative.
