Well, I am neither a neocon nor a deep-stater; and the only “intervention” I support is sending arms and materiel to a country that is fighting an existential war of self-defense against an invasion by a larger and stronger neighbor; and the country to which we are providing that support is at least semi-friendly to us and the invading country is and has been openly hostile to us for almost 100 years (except when it needed us).

The USG did refuse to offer military assistance in WW2 until we were in war. Had Wall Street, Armand Hammer and Bush’s uncle (among others) not been funding the Nazis and Communists, there would not have been a WW2.
