I don’t think the woman who shot the dog did anything criminal. Provided she’s telling the truth about it appearing to be ready to attack and having a wolf hunting license.
I agree that she’s stupid. If she can’t tell the difference between a Huskie and a wolf she should stick to hunting wabbits.
Apparently the authorities have found most of the other dogs. A domesticated animal left in the wild would face a horrible death. Being shot would be a kindness in comparison.
Also agree she should stick to hunting wabbits. Although she would probably haul in squirrels, chipmunks and groundhogs as well.
I do feel for the dumped dogs. We get people who come out and dump their pets in our area. Nasty people.
