Mobilizing - on paper - 300,000 men does not equal 300,000 more combat troops. Realistically, the number is likely to be 40-50, tops. And they’ll be poorly trained, equipped, and led. And very poorly motivated.

If you read Putin’s partial mobilization plan, it will be prior service only, those that have served recently. Much like our system, 4 years active/ 2 inactive/ 4 inactive,etc…anything else is disinformation.
Nothing really to see here and now, they have another 1 something million more to mobilize….Ukraine is on their 8th mobilization, 18-60, and now woman….I don’t see Vlad mobilizing old men and woman yet.Let us know when he starts.

There is no morale problem...all what you hear in western media is half-truths. Ukrainians and the world are being deceived and are being wasted for nothing...they cannot win by military means...if it goes to total war most of their population would freeze or starve to death. This is a special military operation which will soon enter the next phase after the territories are annexed; they will be defended and Ukraine will exhaust all their army trying to take it back...like dropping onto a rocks and being smashed all for an headline.
