Wouldn’t surprise me if that why Putin did that.

I can’t say that I approve of what Putin did, because I can’t know if the FeeBIes might be watching.
That Snowden must have big, brass ones, though.
Who else has done more single-handedly to expose the Deep State? The list of contenders is VERY short.

Snowden will be in cyber warfare for the Russians but God Bless Snowden he called out the authoritarian nature of our own government.

A government that started spying on all of us after 9/11 and now wants to distract by pointing fingers at the wrongs of Russia and China.

Trump should have pardoned both him and Assange.

It was one of his biggest political errors.

I heard that McConnell threatened Trump with voting to impeach him if he dared to pardon either one.

Snowden has been out-of-the-loop and in a vacuum for 10+ years. Technology, systems and hardware have all moved on. Certainly the Russians de-briefed him early, but I would imagine Snowden as an ongoing intelligence asset is completely useless.

If Snowden does get drafted into the Russian army, they’d better keep him away from sensitive data. Old habits die hard.

Have read the same and have no doubt it was true. He may even have been threatened with more than impeachment, maybe even assassination.

Which is exactly why he should have done it. The deep-state in all its forms and agents in DC had been at total-war with Trump for 5 years. He could have dropped a MOAB political bomb on them.

Why would that have mattered in the latter part of January? Trump filled his pardon list with druggies and rappers.

Certainly can’t have him running around exposing more US, EU, NATO BS.

Putin is well aware of what Snowden knows.
To be a fly on the wall with their many conversations.....

LOL. Must be comforting to Snowden to realize he’s nothing but Putin’s troll fodder.

Now Snowden can be appointed to the Diplomatic Service for Russia, and be immune to prosecution here in the States.
