Tucker Carlson turned up at the funeral of Hells Angels leader funeral Sonny Barger Saturday, and delivered an impassioned speech in honor of the fallen societal figure.
Carlson, 53, was one of more than 7,000 gathered at the Stockton 99 Speedway to pay respects to the fallen Ralph 'Sonny' Barger, who died in June following a brief battle with throat cancer, aged 83.

Chrissie Hynde got abused by bikers during her rebellious youth growing up on Ohio. She wrote about it in her autobiography. She didn’t name the Hell’s Angels but she strongly implied it was them. She got more than she bargained for hanging out with those dudes.
First Hunter Biden, now these criminals. Like Chrissie, Tucker seems to like playing with fire.
Pay no mind to the fools attacking you for this. Barger was a POS and I am positive he is despising his choices he made while he was on this side of the veil.
You can agree with Tucker on issues and still say this is a bad look. But I guess that's too much to ask of people.
“ROTFLMAO!”
A little bit to tired to figure out what is so funny, but I was referring to the irony of the situation. Who we regard as hoodlums and thugs have a higher since of duty and respect than righteous democrat leaders who all the time remind us of their pure intentions.
Although my club used to meet at the Hell’s Angels bar and probably still does, (I’ve moved out of California) and I bought my trailer home I lived in a while because the owner had been killed by HA hit men who came in at night and shot him in his bed, leaving his girlfriend alive, and the Angels and other gangs came to our annual event which was neutral ground, my deep experience with outlaws came from the Bandidos in Houston when I was younger.
I spent a lot of time at the Bandido house and had a Bandido couch roommate (I was still in high school and my gas station job didn’t pay enough to party and keep my one-bedroom apartment) until I had to kick him out for being a coward and wanting to drag the club in to fight a cowboy that the Bandido wouldn’t fight alone (he also wanted a gun to do it), I was disgusted with him and made him leave since I sided with the cowboy who I learned had banged on our door for the Bandido to come out and fight, an offer which was refused.
They can change on a dime, and their tribe is everything, even a security blanket for some, perhaps many, to a degree all, they are truly joiners, and it doesn’t take long for a loner to grow bored with them and the sameness of it all, and the constant group thing.
Do these guys have wives, children and regular jobs? There are more things in life than pledging allegiance to a motorcycle gang and always being expected to fight rival gangs or anyone a fellow gang member is quarreling with.
Are they any worse than the feared Black Widows?
Sure, and over the decades I think the fighting has decreased.
With all the modern tech and laws and legalities, fighting is harder for all guys, even the useful knockdowns and slap downs that used to keep jerks in line.
Outlaw gangs have used their loyalty, group identification, and their methods of vetting recruits, to build profitable crime gangs which are quieter but more profitable than in the old 1960s days.
“Sure, and over the decades I think the fighting has decreased.”
Fighting may have decreased but executions have increased.
Is their murder rate up?
I don’t keep up with them or their lifestyles, I may drink beer with them and chat, but I have no interest in them because I know their flaws as men and humans.
Lol made me chuckle
Freepers gotta scold man you know that
He is a rebel actually
The rebel leader of frustrated preppies everywhere
He sure carrying water over issues I care about now
No doubt
Who died and made you God
Denouncing folks pell mell
Is that a I’ll take this murdering gang over that one for 100 Art
Sort of statement
Not that I care
I try not to lump judge criminals lol
I got on well with both groups in my life
Wise guys and bikers
I’ve had two Outlaws MC work for me
Both quite good
From my own personal experience, I do whatever I have to in public to NOT be noticed by these types. I’ve had a very few run-ins with a couple of the 1% club guys, stay out of their business and they’ll stay out of yours. I work with a guy who used to ride with the Outlaws MC, he gave up that life but still went to Taco Bowman’s funeral. The vast majority of general public will never encounter them and they should count themselves lucky.
“what is so funny”
Claiming that these gangsters have a sense of duty and respect.
I admire Tucker but the real-life Sons of Anarchy would cut him up into little pieces and ... you can imagine the rest.
Its the whole cult of personality thing. I’ve had people jump on me because I’ve said Trump did a few things wrong.
Whatever.
“Claiming that these gangsters have a sense of duty and respect.”
I did not claim these gangster have a sense of duty and respect since I know nothing at all about them. That is what Tucker was saying about their leader.
ROFL! I knew it. I know a Sigma Chi now in his mid-60s who still goes sockless in his Weejuns. You can take the boy out of the frat, but you can’t take the ...
