Didn’t RUSH have a nickname for him?

I think it was Bob Grant who called him Flim Flam Florio. Not sure if Rush had his own nickname for him.

Bob Grant was a hoot. Film Flam Florio and Mario “the sfachime” Cuomo. He could call them as they were.
