Sounds like a big piece the 1.1 trillion dollar walking around money Congress voted to throw away green energy schemes will be parceled over to their favorite voting block for them to share in the corruptive spending. A bunch of black Solyndras so blacks can share in the corruption.

Yet ANOTHER unconstitutional federal agency to take away MORE of your freedom and MORE of your money.

Was the assault by talking, walking trees on Saruman’s white tower in Lord of the Rings Volume 2, an act of environmental justice, or injustice? Did Saruman’s tower have the right to counsel, a right to confront its accusers, or even a right to fight back? No. The trees just marched in and started smashing it. It was an arboreal lynch mob. Sure, you’ll argue. Saruman was up to no good. But is that the tower’s fault? It just sits around and has to let wizards do stuff inside it, without so much as a by-your-leave.
