A Los Angeles homeless man known for openly defecating on Ventura Boulevard is seen on video obtained by FOX 11 hurling a bag of feces onto the hood of a business owner’s SUV.
"Every single day, every single morning, I’m wiping that off my property before I have to do business," Paul Scrivano, owner of The Blue Dog Beer Tavern, told the news team at the scene.
"Homeless people will camp out in front of a store, make it there home, bring their possessions, use it as a bedroom, use it as a bathroom. In the morning, when the business owners try to open up, they have to deal with a homeless person literally blocking entrance to their business," Larry Slade, an attorney and chair of the homelessness committee for the Sherman Oaks Homeowners’ Association, told FOX 11. "And then they have to deal with cleaning up hazardous waste. Right in front of their business. Right in Sherman Oaks. Right on Ventura Boulevard."
LA City Councilwoman Nithya Raman "does not care," Scrivano told FOX 11, of the neighborhood’s city representative, saying that he was told to stop sending her "graphic material" of the homeless population making threats on the streets near his business.

Then people should take the the cr-p and the homeless people and dump in her front lawn and back yard and driveway every day.. Make her atep in it, make her afraid to walk out her front door. Unless these horrible democrats have to live in the squalor they are producing & supporting they will never change

Scrivano should box it up and mail it every day to the council member.

Time to invest in finding a new home/business OUT of Calif-—Rental truck to move yourself—leave NO TRACE for Calif officials to bother you in the future.
There are plenty of places he can run a bar without that kind of stress. Small towns all over the country welcome good business owners.

In St. Louis, there is a part of town known as ‘The Hill’. Other places it would be called ‘Little Italy’. It’s an old neighborhood with small brick homes kept immaculately. Great delis and restaurants. Being in St. Louis it is only blocks away from chaos, yet there it is. Perhaps a greater force is protecting it.

The next time any bum drops his pants and poops on his property, the owner should pop him in the butt with a pellet gun.
All of the business owners should pool their money and rent a D-9 Cat with a wide blade and scrape the bums off the street and dump them in front of the houses of every Democrat and tell them ,”your problem, your solution.”
That is what should happen.
