Do Biden’s words even matter anymore?
Spectator World ^ | 20 Sep 2022 | Stephen L Miller

On the subject of Taiwan and China, Biden once again stated that Taiwan would be defended militarily should mainland China stage an invasion to reclaim the island. Before the show was even over, the White House had put out a statement saying that America’s One China policy remains unchanged.

Yet most telling was when Pelley accompanied Biden to the Detroit Auto Show, and he took note that the convention was going on without masks or social distancing or vaccine mandates. Pelley asked Biden very directly, “Is the pandemic over?” “The pandemic is over,” Biden responded. “We still have a problem with Covid. We’re still doing a lot of work on it. It’s — but the pandemic is over.” This wasn’t a gaffe. This wasn’t a slip-up. He reiterated it again in his response.

This left the White House in yet another bind on issues from student loan forgiveness to immigration restrictions to vaccine mandates, all of which to one degree or another are premised on the idea that we’re in a pandemic. Biden’s words could jeopardize legal cases his administration might be preparing. His usual media defenders, like the Washington Post and NPR, sprang into action to spin Biden’s own words. Politico and CNN were given statements that in fact the pandemic is not over.

I know I don't listen. But for foreign leaders... who knows.

As Dan McLaughlin wrote in July, “Biden could put a stop to the public walkbacks immediately by firing one or more people for publicly contradicting him. There are two overlapping reasons why he hasn’t done that: He isn’t willing to stand up to his own staff, and at some level, he grasps that they keep walking back things that he should never have said in the first place. If you have spent much time around elderly men with declining faculties, you will recognize the all-too-common pattern of lashing out because they need help for things they could once do themselves, rather than being thankful for the help.”

Impeachment papers would have been drawn up in February 2021 if Trump had said things like this during his presidency. We have to win Congress back in November if we have any hope of changing America around before it’s too late. And the GOP cannot waiver when they take over, which means McConnell has gotta go!

Everyone domestically just hears what they want to hear. Libtards just ignore the gaffes. Conservatives will sometimes pretend to take him seriously to make political points. Other times, Conservatives chalk it up to dementia—even when they need to take him seriously because his puppet-masters actually told him to say those things.

I don’t know…I saw him in the Ollie North trial, senator from
Delaware, smirking his middle age crisis fake teeth at Fawn Hall, sneering at Ltc. North. His words didn’t matter then. I’m sure they don’t matter now.

Biden is a long time habitual liar, plagiarist and scumbag. He has been the laughingstock of the senate for 40 years where no one took him seriously he was such an idiot.

...which means McConnell has gotta go!

McConnel won't matter that much if we don't win the Senate. The house needs to get a new speaker if we really want to get back on the right track. McCarthy has done nothing but babel about doing good things for America. He never puts anything into action. In the mean time he sits back and watches the democrats destroy literally everything.

Yeah, I've had it with all of GOP establishment's so-called leadership. We need a whole new crew on that boat.

The words of politicians never matter to me. Only their actions do. I never listened to any of Trump’s speeches. But I sure liked what he did.

There is a whole squad working out behind the Oval Office conscientiously walking back all the gaffes Slo-Joe makes over a period of time.

Got their hands full some days.
