I noticed that too. She is the AG but not filing charges just suing. That shows what a BS move this actually is.
We will all come to regret the abandonment of the rule of law, and the new role of the blue state AG’s as partisan enemies of their right-leaning citizens.
It took hundreds of years to build, and appears on track to be destroyed in a single generation.
What comes after is never pretty.
Hey, New York State is PERFECT. No crime. No homelessness. No high cost of living. No post-pandemic challenges. No mass-exit of New Yorkers to other states. This poor excuse for a “public servant” has nothing else to do.
