OK so they call up 300,000 un motivated conscripts, what do they arm them with? That is the real problem for the Russians. They are running out of tanks, APCs, mobile artillery and maybe more important artillery shells. These guys are literally going to be cannon fodder. I suspect the next tranche of western gear will be aircraft. A few surplus A10s would blow up whatever is left of Russia’s modern artillery.
I think Putin is beyond desperate at this point and his days are numbered. But I may be wrong. Even if he survives I see this mobilization as too late in the game to affect the outcome.

Have you gotten your daily dose of the booster shot? Have you made sure to wear 5 masks all at once? Have you reported your neighbor to the FBI for questioning the 2020 election? Have you donated money to local hospitals for doing trans surgery on 5 year old children?

Let’s assume that is actually able to draft 300,000 people. Perhaps 50,000 or so will be capable of combat. The rest might be used in the rear for logistics work and such. But, the Russians are running out of trucks, rails and bridges have been destroyed, etc. So, there’s no logistics capability. And, if the Russians did have such capability they have nothing to transport. No food, or ammo, low on clothes, winter is coming which requires special artic clothes in those climes. Bottom line; these 300,000 bodies are going to be a net drain on Russian fighting capability.
Hitler didn’t fully mobilize Nazi Germany until 1943, after he lost at Stalingrad.
Full mobilization is usually a sign things are going poorly and you’re desperate.
